We are constantly assaulted with the conventional story about Christ, the Savior, and expected to accept this version.  But there is an alternate version that is closer to reality and a fine defense against fictional religion.

Sharon Scholl (Ph.D. Florida State U.) is professor emerita from Jacksonville University where she taught the western humanities and non-western studies (Africa, Japan, etc.). A musician/composer, she serves as choral director for UUCJ in Arlington and maintains a website that provides free choral music to needy choirs. An active poet, her chapbook, Summer’s Child, is forthcoming from Finishing Line Press.
